CMAlifts has always been sensitive to the needs of the individual, and it is in the front line to tackle all architectural barriers which, too often, limit freedom of movement, particularly in homes.

CMAlifts manufactures and supplies specific products, so that every building can become accessible by means of stairlifts and wheelchair lifts, whose finishes are also particularly well refined.

All products included in the CMAlifts catalogue, are Made in Italy and subject to strict quality control. Particular attention is paid to following the progression of the main technical standards, in order to ensure the right solution for individual user’s requirements.

CMAlifts Stairlifts are equipped with adjustable safety belts that guarantee additional safety and peace of mind for the user when sitting on the stairlift.

STEP 3

The digital diagnostic display, with clear, backlit text, allows easy understanding of CMAlifts Stairlifts, without having to interpret complex digital codes, beeps, flashing lights or other.

STEP 4

CMAlifts Stairlifts footrest is equipped with sensors that stop the stairlift in the presence of an obstacle on the staircase.

PLATFORM STAIRLIFTS

CMAlifts Wheelchair Lifts are suitable for use in both private and public buildings, and comply with Law 13 of 09/01/89 and Ministerial Decree 236 of 14/06/89 on the removal of architectural barriers in condominiums, hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, offices, and other premises with public access, in the case of new building construction or modernisation.

 


Law n. 13/’89 on tax relief, in Italy, provides government subsidies for the removal of architectural barriers in private buildings: 50% deduction on the works carried out for the removal and 4% VAT.

CMA OFFERS CUSTOMISED AND TAILOR-MADE SOLUTIONS

CMAlifts’ twenty years’ experience and careful design have resulted in CMAlifts Wheelchair Lifts, designed to meet the needs of users with reduced mobility. The platform stairlift allows the user to overcome straight and curved staircases, even with several flights of stairs, landings, and gradient variations.

 

Simplicity and autonomy: CMAlifts Wheelchair Lifts are complete with all the accessories for easy operation by users: there is an on-board push-button panel with an extensible cable, which can also be used by an accompanying person.

In addition, the platform, containment bars, and the landing access ramps are fully motorised, offering users independence and maximum comfort.
