BLOCK SECURITY

System that communicates with the house burglar alarm, preventing the platform lift from being operated in the event of a break-in.

Emergency call*

In the event of an emergency, a voice device connects users to a dedicated call centre, in accordance with EN 81.28.

REMOTE CONTROL*

A simple text message from a mobile phone allows users to control and interact with the machine. For example, you can receive real-time communication in the event of a fault and, if possible, unblock the elevator plant from a remote location.
It is also possible to pre-set the operation of the homelift at certain times of the day, in order to anticipate its availability, by scheduling, for example, that at 8.00 a.m. the lift would be at a specific landing.

FEBO "HYBRYD"

Save money with the sunlight.

FEBO homelift can be optionally equipped with the innovative Hybrid Kit. The Hybrid Kit includes an additional battery pack and, in some cases, photovoltaic panels which make it possible to use the platform lift even in the event of a power failure.

The elevator plant is therefore able to recharge its batteries by means of its own motion. This system, combined with integrated solar panel technology, can enable the homelift to have an average energy consumption ranging between 0.5 kW and an actual zero kW (under all optimum
conditions). Currently available with a rated speed of 0.15 m/s, FEBO Hybrid meets an important requirement for homelifts: the optimisation of energy consumption while using a renewable energy source. FEBO Hybrid complies with the New European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
Available with load capacities up to 500 kg, in single, double, or triple access, FEBO Hybrid can also come: with sliding doors (automatic version); with foldable car-doors and manual swing landing doors (semi-automatic version); without car-doors, with manual swing landing doors.

When the car is empty on the way up, or full on the way down, the motor works like a dynamo: the energy is not dissipated but stored in the batteries, which therefore get recharged.

The system is powered by a battery charger connected to the 230 V single-phase mains. The motor is powered exclusively during its motion whereas, while being stationary, the batteries are recharged via the conventional mains or the use of a photovoltaic panel. The power used varies from zero to 0.5 kW, depending on the use of the elevator plant.

The system supports both energy recovery and the optional installation of a solar panel, in order to keep the batteries charged, thus reducing supply from the power grid.

FEBO Hybrid’s variable lift car size allows the elevator plant to be installed in new or existing buildings.

The energy stored by the battery keeps the system up in running, allowing normal boarding and alighting for a limited number of rides, even during prolonged power outages.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Thanks to its reduced consumption and the possibility of being powered by a photovoltaic panel, FEBO Hybrid actively contributes to protecting the environment by adhering to the principles of the ‘green economy’

NO RESIDUES

FEBO Hybrid does not generate any residues, and contributes to environmental protection thanks to the gearless motor, which requires no lubrication in addition to being long-lasting.

ENERGY SAVING

A system that reduces electricity consumption to almost zero when the homelift is at the landing, also thanks to timed lighting, which causes the lights inside the lift car to be switched off for further energy saving. The lights are automatically switched back on as a new lift call is made.
